Most dangerous of saws
The blade has no guard for about 30 degrees of rotation. I set it down too early before the rotation stopped due to the helical gear box, and it skated around on to the top of my right hand. After much blood, an ambulance ride, 17 ER stitches, a visit to a hand specialist and a splint now protecting my hand, I have a real fear for using this vicious product.
It saws like crazy and does better than my other flush cutting saw but the design is unsafe and needs a motor brake and/or full blade guarding. I think even a pro should be wary of this product.

Pretty cool. Unless you have a specific need for this tool, you'd never know that this thing exists. It's amazing, cuts flush against the toekick.

Some reviewers talk about the lack of adjustability- that's true. You're out of luck if the floor is two thick. Also, it doesn't reach inside corners very well. Most alarming, it's not the safest of saws. If you don't have a steady grip, it'll try to skate across the floor. I don't think it could be designed to address all of these concerns and still cut flush, however.

better than nothing
This saw works great for cutting flush against cabinets; but has some big drawbacks. ...1.No depth adjustment (I sawed 1/4" into my subfloor.)
2.Handle gets in way when trying to cut into inside corner.
3.Incredible difficult to cut backwards (this is required for some cuts.)

All that being said, it still beats using a chisel.I ended up finish off a number of inside cuts with a small blade mouted to a die-grinder. ... Read more

Dont bother with this one....
Stay away from the 810.Crain has a great undercut saw.The 555 Multi Undercut saw.It is a great saw and you can get a nice cut.Also look for the heavy-duty version, you can undercut brick with it when using a masonary blade.The model number on this is 820.Also check out the Crain 795 toe kick saw.It is very nice and now includes a case.

this kicker is great.i have bought a lot of roberts kickers but ended up returning them because they break after 2 days.this kicker holds up great and does the job magnificently.i highly recomend this kicker for your tool box.

Great Stretcher
This is a great stretcher.When I order it I thought it would me in a metal case but it was plastic. That really shocked me.I have used Roberts Stretcher and Crain's stretcher, and I defaintly like Crain's better.Its defaintly worth the money.Thank you Amazon.B&T Flooring

Best stretcher on the market
I have been installing for 12 years and this is the best stretcher I have ever owned! The one thing I don't recommend is the steel case! Request the dual plastic cases because that steel case with all the pipes, stretcher and the rest of the parts is heavy!!! And believe me after caring it a few times you are going to regret it. Although the steel case will last the longest. Everytime my plastic case get old I sell the stretcher in the paper and just buy a new one.
