Work ? Gloves
Nice fit and style.
I was pleased until I wore them to work.
After 1 day the seams on the fingers were blown out in 2 places.
Bad/lightweight stitching.
If I'd worn them for a week they'd been a safety hazard with shredds hanging.
And I was just handling wood frame stock.
Not tuff enough for everyday use.
I returned mine.

don't buy
I Live in Michigan and it gets pretty cold. I run a rough framing crew, so I put them to the real test.These gloves are a great idea, but take them back to the drawing board.The gloves fell apart after I used them for two weeks.I would not tell anyone who works in real conditions, to get a part.

Poor Quality, ill fitting
I'm a carpenter in Michigan. I need a glove that allows me to pick up a nail and manipulate it, and keep my hands warm. The reinforcing patches on the finger tips are stiff and restrictive. Also the stitching began to unravel after one day on the job. The only good thing I can say is that they are warm, except the area on the back where they leave your skin exposed. Disappointing
It is hard to avoid the conclusion that the people who designed these knee pads never wear knee pads. They are very disappointing, although it would be very simple to make them better.The problem is that the curve of the knee pad is very shallow, and the gel pack is a single pack, not molded to the shape of a knee.Consequently, the knee rolls around on the pad which is almost as hard on the knee as not wearing pads.If the gel pack were shaped so as to cup the knee snugly, they would be fine.As it is, they are little better than a simple pair of pads that I bought for $9.00 in the garden store.

Gift for Dad who has almost everything
My Dad went into landscaping late in life and it's a job he loves.He also loves all the toys that go with it.Minus the knee pads he could never find a pair that stayed up or in place.
Or that the rocks didn't pierce the gel and for that part his knees.Every day he uses his knee pads theres a call on my machine how much he loves them.They're truly a wonderful product if they can withstand the torment of my dad. He uses them on cement to gravel.He even uses them to weed in to ease the pressure on his knees. There a great product. Sue Bolis

Not for me
Contrary to the other reviews I couldn't use these.I am used to well contoured foam filled knee pads that stay put. I was looking forward to the ultimate with the new gel backing.Sadly the gel is put in as simple pillows and sewn around the edges. This fills what appears to be a very well made and contoured shell with mounds of gell, which I kept rolling off of, with my knees ending up to the side on the sewn seams. I tried everything but couldn't correct this.Since I can't work without pads [all day]I went back to the old ones and sent the gel pads back. Reluctantly.It wouldn't take much to contour the gel to solve this and they would be wonderful.I noticed at least one of the other reviewers mentioned slipping offto the side also.Great idea, not well engineered ... Good, could be better
Pretty comfortable, could use a higher strap. I noticed a little bit of movement due to only one strap. Very durable product and you can notice the gel it is very comfortable against the knees. Would get five stars if it had a second strap.

Junk
These knee pads are uncomfortable and when wearing them my knee cap shifts around on them.Not to mention that the plastic face slips on some surfaces.I decided to go with the cheaper knee keeper knee pads instead.They slip less and provide enough cushion for the price.

Good quality, great fit
I purchased a pair of the True Grip work gloves, size Medium about two years ago and have been very satisfied with them.This was the first pair of gloves I've tried, other than the standard leather gloves you can buy at Ace or Home Depot, which never fit.I use these gloves when cutting firewood, cutting brush, hauling lumber, etc. and they have provided excellent protection and dexterity. Admittedly, I do not "make a living" using these gloves and use them only on a number of weekends a year, but they definitely meet my needs. Since I live in Houston and have a tree farm in south Arkansas, cold weather protection isn't critical for me.I also have small hands and found the medium size to fit just fine.In fact, I let my wife use these gloves last weekend and she wouldn't give them back, they fit her so well and provided protection.I now have to get another pair for her!

Dock gloves
I use these gloves when I am working the dock for fedex freight.They have kept my hands warm and allow me to look through paperwork without taking them off.I've only had them for 1.5 weeks but have had them to the test living in Central PA.I do recommend for a substitute to big bulky ski gloves or multiple layer gloves, but if the shoe fits, wear it.

Not happy
Recently purchased a pair of Bucket Boss 88419644 True Grip work gloves (Medium). I have small hands so I ordered the medium size. These things are really small. I could hardly get them on. I wore them hoping they would stretch but they tend to cut off the circulation to my hands. No one has fingers as long as these gloves have. I pull them on as far as I can and there is still 1/2 inch more beyond my fingertips making it impossible to pick up even a pencil. There is no cuff at all on the gloves thus leaving a large gap between the cuff and shirt. In our cold climate, the main reason for wearing gloves in winter is to keep bare skin covered.
