One Smart Watering Tool!
When I first laid eyes on this long spray lance, I knew that I just had to get one of these and use them myself. After using this very cool spray lance a couple times, I was totally impressed on how this thing actuallyworks! This is a multi purpose spray lance and can be used for manydifferent things. I liked the fact that it has three different spraypatterns and that you could adjust them as well. You could use this forcleaning and general purpose watering and anything in between! You canselect from hard jet to wide soft spray and other settings that you wouldlike. All you have to do is turn the spray head, and you can change thespray pattern of this great spray lance. What I like about this is that youcan adjust the water flow for more precise and very accurate working whenyou need it! Also, I liked the construction of this spray lance as well,because it is made of rust proof metal. Overall, I found many uses for thisaround my home, like general purpose watering, cleaning off my stone steps,and gently watering small flowers and plants. It's the BEST!
I have purchased all types of trigger sprayers throughout the years - metal, plastic, cheap, expensive, you name it and I believe this one to be the best on the market!

I have purchased several Gardena Trigger Nozzle sprayers with each one lasting for years. I was a little hesitant purchasing my first one many years ago, because I had always purchased metal trigger sprayers.But, I found that although this sprayer is made of plastic, it is very durable.This product can withstand lots of abuse such as, shooting down my dog kennel daily, getting dropped on cement, (many times) and can even withstand a periodic chewing from one of my dogs!

The sprayer adjusts easily from a fine mist to a straight stream of water, great for shooting down my kennel or leaves on the driveway. This is the only sprayer I have found that sprays a good strong straight stream.Other brands of trigger sprayers I have purchased don't provide this function nearly as well as the Gardena Trigger Nozzle.

In addition, the Quick Connect set makes it so simple to just, "pop it on" and "pop it off" in only seconds.

I highly recommend this product to everyone, it's the best!

Good for fair weather living
I've owned 3 of these units.The overall handle and feel of the productis great.The immediate ability to change the spray setting is one of theeasiest of all nozzles.This is probably attributed to the plasticconstruction and low friction.The quick-disconnect also is the majorreason for the initial purchase.This allows water to run without havingto completely unscrew the nozzle - super convenient.

However, allpraise stops here.When cold weather hits - the plastic construction ofthe handle literally breaks.The little lockout lever snapped off andeventually the actual rear handle broke.So, if you live in cool climatesand expect to drop the nozzle and hose, this is basically a disposable unit- no wonder they have the quick disconnect! ... Breaks During Real Use
I like the Gardena interconnect system and was initially pleased with this nozzle also.After about 6 months use...I dropped the thing....a large crack came across the body of it and it was no longer useable.I think dropping this on the ground is a design requirement.Since then I've purchared a metal nozzle from another vendor with 7 spray options and a lower price!

Fantastic
This is absolutely the best gadget I've ever found. I have two of them. One for the front yard, and one for the back. I use each one with a Melnor 6 event timer. I had to but a large number of sprinkler heads and hoses, but it is well worth it. I made things a lot neater by cutting the hoses to exact lengths and attaching new ends, but that was easy. This is a lot cheaper than installing an underground watering system. Plus I don't have to worry about broken underground pvc pipes every winter like my neighbors. If you find one of these, buy it!

Great product - but discontinued
I used this product, in combination with the Gardena Water computer to successfully water a large garden. I had it replaced once but other than that it worked well. It's so much easier to set up than a system with sonenoids. Unfortunately, the supplier told me that the product has been discontinued.

gardena automatic water distributor
This saved my garden during this summers brief heat spell, but it only worked when all 6 outlets were connected! When spigot 5 & 6 were capped off, the water pressure didn't build up enough to turn it to the next setting. I used it with a Gardena timer, and bought a coupler kit but I still had to use other couplers to hook the two up together. It took a while, but now that its hooked together with six hoses coming off of it like a big spiderweb, it works well. ... Read more

I have several lengths of hose as well as multiple end tools, i.e. sprayer, pressure washer, ect., these waterstop connectors really make it easy to swap out different end tools quickly. Just be aware of the pressure backwash from the downstream side when disconnecting a length of hose out of a string!
